I resigned from the position of Director of the company. There were 2 more directors including promoter & his wife
1. Resigned with 1month notice period as per terms of appointment
2. Releived from the company in a weeks time
3.Salary not received for 2months + notice period salary
4. Since salary not paid pf also not deducted
5. My last working day was 6th August 2022

Hi,

You can follow up for payment through email and also through physical letters ( despatched through RPAD). Salary not paid has nothing to do with PF deduction. Irrespective of whether salary paid or not PF to be deposited with PF office on or before 15th of every month.

I suggest better resolve it through repeated follow ups..If you take it up legally then it would be time consuming process and keep legal option as a last option.
