I want to design and present a Band structure in my organization. Our organization is a small-sized IT company. Although we have already designed the bands in every department, I need support regarding how to present a band structure and document it. Can anyone please share some referential documents on the important areas that need to be covered in a band structure or maybe a sample band structure of your organization?
