There are books on Designing Organisatonal Structure I dont rember the authors It comes in EEc publication Very in formative and updated Try tracing this If I can trace the names I will send it across Just remind me after two days in my private mail if you could not trace the authors names
I was following this book when I restructured the organisations I worked
Very informative and excellent reference book SWupposed to be an authority on this subject
