Dear Members, Greetings!!! Kindly advise regarding the below: -
Our company (ABC Pvt. Ltd.) has one of the business activities of the transporter (having a number of specialized vehicles like insulated refrigerated van/wagon) and has valid Central FSSAI License under the Transport category.
Now, we have an agreement with a company (XYZ Pvt. Ltd.) whose business activity is storage they have their warehouses at PAN India and they have their FSSAI License under the storage category.
As per the agreement, our company (ABC Pvt. Ltd.) taken a space in the warehouse of XYZ Pvt. Ltd. where storing, re-packaging of the food products will be taken care by XYZ Pvt. Ltd. on our directions and thereafter delivery of the same to the respective locations will be taken care by us.
Please advise, in this scenario, we are required to have FSSAI OR ANY OTHER LICENSE of the location/warehouse where food products will be stored.
