Hello Seniors, I have a doubt regarding gratuity. I am working in a manufacturing company and we have workings for 6 days a week. I have a doubt regarding gratuity. An employee joined the company on 7th Feb 2017 and his last date of working was 31st Dec 2021.

Is he eligible for Gratuity?
