Can a private organization go for a recruitment post offering a VRS scheme? If not, under which law does it fall?

VRS being voluntary and not mandated discharge you can hire people after VRS. However, if it was a mass retrenchment, you cannot recruit new persons without considering those who were retrenched. But in the case of voluntary retirement which is again excluded from the retrenchment under the Industrial Disputes Act, the employer can proceed with hiring new candidate without considering those who left the company at their own will.
