Hello,
Please tell me the steps to follow when a female employee has gone on maternity leave. Her 26 weeks of maternity leave are coming to an end very soon. How should I proceed? How should I follow up with her? Does she need to submit any documents if she decides to resume work on the assigned date? What if she asks for an extension of leave? Can we deny it if it affects our work?
Please provide your valuable inputs.
