If an employee's basic salary is above Rs.15000
1) if the employee has already been a member of PF in previous organization, then it is required to deduct PF.
2) If he/she is a fresher in the organization then they need to fill a Form 11 Pf exemption

It is better if you give full details of the case instead of a cryptic query.
I am assuming the person is a member of the PF and now his salary has gone over 15,000
In that case, the employer's contribution will not exceed 1800 even if the employee's own contribution is higher. The statutory deduction of PF and the matching employer's contribution is restricted to a salary of ₹ 15,000
