As I am working as an Assistant Manager in HR at a corporate firm, we are currently offering the work-from-home option partially to some outstation employees due to the COVID situation. Now, some employees are requesting the permanent work-from-home option.
Could anyone suggest or share a draft for a permanent work-from-home HR policy to be implemented?
