For a reputed school in Tamil Nadu, we need teaching faculty. Currently, we are sourcing candidates through Facebook ads and employee referrals. We require 50 teaching faculties for the upcoming academic year. Given the current recruitment strategy, I am concerned that achieving this target may not be feasible.

The best option to proceed quickly is to advertise in Tamil dailies for a walk-in event on weekends, spanning 2 days each weekend over the course of a month, totaling 4 weekends. Consider this as a campaign and disseminate this information to all BEd Colleges in your vicinity.
For a group of 50, this method is the most cost-effective. You can set up panels for screening, establish a screening process, and organize the event subject-wise on each day to prevent overcrowding. The process should include registration, live class sessions, personal interviews, certificate verification, and any other necessary steps as you see fit. All selected candidates can receive job offers on a specific day after obtaining management approvals.

I strongly recommend running the employee referral policy.
Advantages of running the referral policy are:
1. Chances of getting relevant CVs are very high as they will come through the same profile employees, in your case, teachers.
2. Applicants will be well-versed with the job profiles (JD) which you are looking for.
3. This will drastically reduce the Time to Fill (TTF) of hiring.
