My father has completed 58 years of age on Feb 21. The previous employer has marked 'Exit for EPS only' and approved the exit through the employer login. Now, when we are trying to submit Form 10D for monthly pension, we are getting the error message: 'E03: "Date of Exit against Current Employment is not available" and are not able to proceed further.
Any idea how to circumvent this to successfully submit his claim for a monthly pension? Note: He is not working now but wants to start a pension.
