Earlier we are having two operations at one place In Hyderabad, Telangana, and having Factory license 150 manpower with 554 HP – Presently one operation shifted to another location (behind district) and having approval for plans, consent for establishment by the Factory department – is it required to apply another Factory License for new premises?
2. We are having factory operations in Telangana state and having a Factory License for 150 manpower and 84 under contract labor principle employer license – is the 84 contract labor includes 150 manpower or 150 + 84?
3. Is it required to take another Contract Labor principle employer license for New Factory?
4. Is it required to maintain separate records for the old and new factories?
