I have been struggling with creating the right format/ structure to create Founder's comp and ben in a botique investment forms. This is a first try for me and research has not been on much help. I have done the study on factors to be involved but unable to put the same in a sheet and create a salary calculator. Any help or sample format would be of great help. Below are the factors I have been trying to include in the sheet but unable to come up with a functional comprehensive sheet to be used.
