Your actions demonstrate callousness and amount to gross misconduct as per the provisions of the certified Standing Orders of the undertaking.
You are, therefore, directed to submit your explanation as to why appropriate disciplinary action, as deemed fit, will not be initiated against you as per the provision.
Your reply should reach the undersigned within 48 hours from the receipt of this letter.
