When I applied for EPFO registration, I forgot to input the ESIC code number. So, now I want to add my ESIC code number to the EPFO employer account. However, when I open form 5A, I have not found any option to add the ESIC code number in EPFO registered details. Could you please tell me the procedure?

Form 5A is exclusive for EPF only. Register at https://registration.shramsuvidha.gov.in/ and input all relevant registration details, including the NIC code. All information will be accumulated under a single LIC number, and all registrations will be linked through LIN.
