We, the members of this forum, are outsiders and do not know exactly what happened in your company. Therefore, I recommend that you draft the show cause notice on your own and upload it to this forum. Some seniors like me will correct it.
Before issuing the show cause notice, find out who gave instructions to the Accounts Manager to submit the stock statement and what the due date was. Was the submission of the stock statement a one-time activity or a repetitive one?
