Hello everyone,
I finished my MBA in HR in 2011 and had 3 years of work experience. However, I took nearly a 5-year break for my child. Now, I want to pursue further education to re-enter the job market, but I am unsure about whether to choose CMA or CS. Can someone please guide me?
Thank you.

I do not see either of the qualifications helping you get jobs in HR Why do you need either of them. Just apply based on your existing qualification and experiance

If you choose a career, it needs to be based on your interests and what you want to do in life. Just coming out with a vague statement asking which is better is not going to enable anyone to give you an answer. The person giving a suggestion on a career should know about you and your interests, not give a vague answer.
For example, your post says you are in the USA. You are asking a group that focuses on HR in India. Do you think you will get a relevant answer like this?
