Dear All,
As per the UP Shops and Establishments, "employees occupying positions of confidential, managerial or supervisory character in a shop or commercial establishment, wherein more than five employees are employed" are exempted. Does the overtime policy also not apply on people at Managerial Role, how does then Right to life be exercised if the manager is working for 12 hours a day continuously for a months.
