Can anyone please explain about leave policy and procedures under shops and establishment?

Dear Member,

Please note that the S&E Act is not a central Act. This is a state Act. Therefore, you need to determine which state's S&E Act is applicable in your case and then refer to that state Act to review the leaves that should be granted to the employees.
