If the current salary structure is below mentioned, then what will be the new salary structure? If CTC is 60k and PF is not deducted, then what will be the new structure?
- Basic: 24000
- HRA: 1200
- Uniform: 3000
- Variable Pay: 2500
- Special Allowance A: 10146
- City Comp Allowance: 7200
- Gratuity: 1154

Make the Special Allowance $10,100 instead of $10,146. Then the Basic will be $24,000 and other allowances will also be $24,000. There should not be any other payments - such as PF, bonus, etc.
