Dear All, can any one provide the notification which says that minimum wages is equal to basic salary if we make ctc for any contractual employees. regards Saurabh

plz go through the attached copy of the judgment,there it is clearly mentioned that pf deduction should to be on minimum basic that is why it is necessary to keep basic or basic+DA(if there any),at least to the minimum wages rate as prescribed by the respective state gvt.
