I have been working with my previous company for 12 years. My last working day was 27 Nov 2020. Since then I have been unemployed till date.
On the EPF portal when I tried applying for Full EPF withdrawal, I was not able to see that option. It was only allowing me to partial withdraw.
Please advise if I am eligible for full amount withdrawal and whether the EPF portal should show me the option for full withdrawal.

@Pink try to find out the EXIT date furnished by employer, if it is available then you can be able to file form 19

@ Pink please check your exit date is mentioned by the employer or not.
If your employer have not mentioned, then you can also mark it.
As you have served for 12 years, you can only withdraw the PF amount i.e. Form 19.

An employee is eligible to get pension under EPS, if he/she completes 10 completed years of service.
As you already have 12 years of service, you are eligible for pension. If you have not attained 58 years of age, it is advised to obtain a Scheme certificate and keep it with you , which must be surrendered to EPFO, once you attain 58 years of age, to enable them to process your PPO (Pension Payment Order).

While i was submitting claim for EPF withdrawal as per the procedure forwarded by my company HR i should see the option to withdraw both PF and pension . However i m able to see two different options individually only to withdraw PF and only to withdraw Pension.
Also do I need to upload form 15 G while submitting withdrawal ?
