Dear Adv. Mayur P. Kulkarni,

Whenever the members ask for the draft of the notice, generally, we, the senior members, recommend them to upload the draft on their own. If the employee has been issued a Transfer Order and has not reported to the designated place, then this is misconduct. However, handling this misconduct is a routine HR matter and does not require one to have a legal background.

But then your case is a little different. You are an advocate, and the quintessence of your profession lies in your drafting skills. By asking for the draft of the show-cause for such a routine matter, are you not doing injustice to your qualification?

To grow in life, one has to be committed to one's knowledge, qualifications, etc. Absolutely, there cannot be a trade-off. Therefore, wake up, gentleman, and revisit the ideas of your career!

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
