Dear Arbindo patro,
First make one thing clear did you issued appointment letters with the condition of 3/6 months probation? because once probation is over it is legal to give notice period. if some one leave before that then this is provision in the appointment letter that employee can leave at any time without notice.
If the employee is working after confirmation then you may send a letter of showcause/inquirey. If you will not received any answer within prescribed time then deduct full & final settlements.

Most companies have job abandonment policies. Usually after a certain amount of days without hearing from the ee it is legal to consider the position abandoned by the ee.

Hi Arbindo,
You cant terminate an employee asap, you need to issue show cause notice seeking explanation from the employee after 8days of absence. Send out an reminder letter with reference to the previous letter. Thereon you can terminate the employee for not interested in employment.
The attached format will help you for show cause notices & termination letter.

Dear Arbindo
As per my knowledge, Those who joined in other organisation it will become dual employment ask him to submit resignation here or there, if he is not turnedup send a warning letter by registered post or by email, after that terminate from his service.
Take a written document from HOD then give them a warning letter, check with the HOD. then simply give them termination letter. This is should be signed by MD, HOD, HR.
These are all should be documented in their personal files.
