Could you help me with the sample strategy planned for appraisals this year? Since the business has been affected lately, has anyone redesigned the appraisal policy? If yes, could you please share some inputs on the same?

Have you resorted to WFH, and is any 'Appraisal holiday' being considered since many of the units didn't work during lockdown periods and other restrictions were applied in the movement of your staff?
Have you considered revising your KRA/KPA, KPI norms during the last 6-7 months of the pandemic? What about the target parameters?
