Dear Team, I have a query. We had relieved an employee effective 30th July 2020 since the role was redundant and as per the discussion we had paid him his 2 months notice period in 2 parts in 2 months that is Aug and Sept 2020 as the financial condition was not good of the organization. However, the PF was deducted in these two installments of the F&F amount and the PF amount of Aug was deposited in the PF office. Sept is still pending which will be paid this month. The LWD was also updated in PF as 30-Sept-2020. Now the employee is trying to withdraw the PF amount however the LWD is showing as 30th Sept 2020 and not 30 July 2020. The employee is still unemployed. Please help me as to how to get a solution to this situation.
