Hello Everyone, Can you please suggest me the Overtime policies and rates as per the Shops and Establishment Act in Tamilnadu?
I can see as per act it's showing "Where any person employed in any establishment is required to work overtime, he shall be entitled, in respect of such overtime work, to wages at twice the ordinary rate of wages". It's a same we are following? If yes, what is the calculation?
I really needs some expert suggestion. Advance thanks for your help.
