One of Cousin was worked 3.3 yrs in Four Wheeler Automobile Service Company at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Last year Sep 2019 he went to duty in General shift at 09.00 a.m. and around 11.30 a.m he suddenly fell down, immediately be taken to the hospital for treatment.
The doctor checked him and told Heart attack and given treatment. After one week he was expired. He was covered under ESIC & EPF and her Spouse availed those benefits. Whether his Spouse will get any benefits from the Labour welfare fund. What are the procedures? please guide us.
