The answer to your question depends on whether you are an employee or employer.
A company needs to have a culture of ownership and belonging. Building an organisation's culture is an ongoing process and it cannot be done in just a few weeks or months.
If you wish your company's employees' to show a sense of ownership and belonging then you need to ask whether the top management shows ownership to the employees.
Ownership is not a one-way street. The employer needs to show ownership of his/her business and also to the employees.
