Just wanted to know can a company just mention that the part of employees are on furlough or Leave without pay,
till they see some change in the situation.
Can the employee be told after 4months without any prior notice.
For example: i.e. on asking for his April salary in July, without informing is it ethically right.
Please pour in your suggestions and what action can an employee take his employer.
