The compulsory training schedule, as per the syllabus and time period, has been prescribed under the Private Security Agency (R) Act of every state. There are designated officers either in the rank of Principal Secretary or DGP/IGP who have been empowered to examine applications, verify, and regulate registration/licensing under this act. Please check your state act for further guidance. This is apart from registration under the Contract Labour Act.
