Hi, I want the minimum wages notification in Andhra Pradesh w.e.f. 01.10.2014 to 26.11.2014, which shows that the rate for unskilled civilian security guards is Rs. 275.09/-. CIRCULAR NO. CPR/PER/IR/4/361/4016. Regards.

The rates given in the circular are wages payable to guards deployed through the security guard board, but their jurisdiction doesn't cover the entire Maharashtra. This includes a service charge component as part of the levy.
Even if you want to deploy a private agency in the board area, you are required to ensure payment of wages at rates not less than the board rates. I don't have the rates applicable for the rest of Maharashtra.

The rates applicable to the rest of Maharashtra mean the rates applicable to other places which are not falling under the jurisdiction of any guard board. In such a case, the rates applicable will be the wages under the Shop and Establishment Act.
