Dear HR Seniors
I m Working for an IT company having exp of 5+yrs in administration and sometimes i shared the work of HR related, by which i have some experience and knowledge on same.
Presently i started pursuing my MBA-HR and would like to move my career in a more professional and systematic manner by moving in HUMAN RESOURCE team..
Please suggest what is the best possible ways and how do i have to take steps for my further move in HR.
Need Seniors suggestion.. I have also asked my HR Director towards my interest in shifting my career but have not got any positive reply.
Thanks in advance for all ur valuable suggestions.

Hi Swetha,
Admin and HR are definitely interlinked, as you already have an idea about Recruitments..try and learn the whole recruitment cycle..else sourcing the profiles.......try to chk manager again if you can move laterally or be helping hand to HR (dept) so that you can totally be aware of HR activites. YOu will not be considered fresher...try to apply in a small firms in generalist role where in most of the ac tivites including admin are handled by HR..
You can get back to me for further queries at ...i shall guide you.....
ALL THE BEST :D
