Since any office in the state of Uttar Pradesh where any trade, business, manufacture, or any work in connection with, or incidental or ancillary thereto, is carried on for profit, is required to be registered under U.P. Shops and Commercial Establishments Act 1962, your offices or warehouses will have to be registered under the Act 1962.
