MIS - Management Information System (This is related to various reports that Management might need to take decisions. These reports varies from department to department).
MSW - Master's in Social Work. (It is considered as an equivalent to MBA-HR).
SAP-HR -Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing, related to HR. (This is Automation of Some of the functions of HR, like Employee Data Management and Payroll).

Hi,
MIS means Management information system. MIS is typically a computer generated or printed report on a particular work. Say your company asks you to provide you the comparative study of the experience vs salaries in your company, then whatever work you do and present it to the management giving your views, comparisons and statements, that is called MIS.
MSW: It's a master's degree in Social work, social work doesn't only means related to human beings but may be also in other areas saving pets etc. Today MSW is in great demand in human resources especially in OD, operations and generalist profiles where people interact a lot with the other employees or outsiders.
SAP: It's an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based software and in great demand today by the growing industries. For brief information please read my another post on the following links:-
