Dear HR Expert,

Currently, I'm working as a Training & Development Executive in the education industry. Mainly, the training will involve 350 teachers and 60 HQ staff, totaling 410 staff.

My worry now is how to monitor the effectiveness of the training for all teachers. I am currently planning to follow the Kirkpatrick Analytics process to evaluate the effectiveness, but I'm concerned it will take a long time to compile and analyze the data.

Is it suitable for me to use Google Drive to collect the evaluation forms, or perhaps the HR expert has an idea on how to monitor the effectiveness efficiently?

As an ex-teacher, I wonder how you will measure levels 3 and 4 of the Kirkpatrick Model. Do you have any measures of teachers' behavior and effectiveness prior to the training sessions? It would be useful if you could provide more information about the education industry you work in.
