Hi All,
I was working for a small company(A) and after working for 1.1 year resigned . After that I joined one another Organisation(B), that time they did background verification,it was success because my previous company was running.In company B I worked there for 1.8 year . Now I got another offer from Company (C). That new Organisation started background verification , And My 1st (A)company is closed ,I have relieving letter, Experience letter ,Offer letter , 3 month of pay slip, and also have relieving mail which is provided by company ,which is I have already submitted in company (C). But new organisation asking for submit Form 16, and Bank Statement.But I already told them I was getting salary on cash.
Could you please suggest me How can I convince HR or it will be a big problem ?
