Dear Seniors,
Need an advice as per the Shops and Establishment Act
1. what is the minimum PL/SL that has to be given by an organization?
2. Also is SL mandatory to be given under the act?
3. One of the organisation where I would be joining have 12 PL and 12 SL is this the correct the leave as per the statute? it has 1 Saturday in a month half day working and all Sundays off and 12 Festival Holidays
Pls suggest.
