What can a female employee of a pvt. manufacturing company do if she is being forced to withdraw her resignation?

This seems to be quite a strange situation. Based on the understanding of the situation, the first step would be to approach the labor court with a copy of the resignation letter or resignation email she had submitted to her superiors. This is to confirm that the resignation was voluntary and to prevent situations in the future where the company may force her to withdraw her resignation now and then terminate her services after a while, making the exit involuntary.

If there is any aggression observed, it would be better for her to approach the police and the Women's Rights Commission for protection as well. This could be done after she registers her resignation documents with the labor commission and files a complaint.
