Dear sir,
can you please help me regarding maximum age limit of employee with some government GR or any ACT/Rules .
like some tender conditions are:-
Employee should not be above 60 years of age.(generally in national highways tender)
reasons i needed this because many Government Retired officers joins consultancy firms (with influences and powers)and also enjoys there pensions which create unemployment's to new generations.

I am quite unable to understand why the poster has related the so called tender condition of the NHAI regarding the upper age limit of engagement of labor to post-retirement employment of Government employees in private consultancy firms.
So far as I know that there are certain restrictions of post-retirement employment of Central as well as State Govt employees who are getting pension. Even both the Governments reemploy certain senior civil servants on tenure basis on senior positions depending on requirements. In such cases they will not get the entire pension. On the contrary, if a pensioner acts as a freelance consultant, it amounts to contract for service only and there are no restrictions on that. It is, therefore, for the poster to explain how such a practice affects the employment opportunities of youngsters.
