Can anybody tell me and confirm by giving proper statutory references regarding the retirement age of an employee in the private sector? Is there any regulation for the minimum retirement age other than EPF policy? Can employers, especially in the construction sector, set the retirement age on their own? Please furnish relevant information on this matter.
