There is no standard or ready-made format available for a campus drive proposal. Address it to the concerned college Principal. Start with a salutation, give a brief about your company including the nature of the business, number of locations, etc. Then, briefly explain your requirements including expected qualifications, percentage of marks required, and your salary details for freshers. Conclude the letter by asking the college to confirm the availability of students for a campus interview on a mutually convenient date.
