Dear Sir, We have total 10 employee on our own payroll. In company including labor contract there are 25. Other contract labor have PF & ESIC.
Our 6 staff gross salary is above 21000/- & four staff salary basic is 24000/-. We must pay ESIC & PF for our 10 employee or not.

as per ESIC act 1948 the ESIC Act is applicable to all factories and other establishment where 10 or more employees employed and the employees salary does't exceeded 21000/- per month.
As per your query u have mentioned your 4 employees having salary above 21000/- and for rest four 24000/-. All employees salary is above 21000/-and ESIC wage ceiling is 21000/-. so u can pay ESIC only upto 21000/-
