I handle Hr of the organization and in our warehouse it generally happens that manager gets tell's works in a bit anger a for working properly or not taking day off very often , and then sometimes manager gets threaten by workers that they will make a union and bit him.
Can any one help me with any policy for this where we can take legal actions on this works and get that document signed by all the works so that at least they will have this thing back off the mind that they will be going police station for their behavior
