Please add a one-time statutory maternity bonus of Rs 3500/- to the woman employee concerned, provided there is no medical check-up facility at your establishment. This is mandatory as per the Amendment dated 19/12/2011 to the Original Gazette Notification S.O. 2016(E) dated 11/08/2019 from the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
