Can a company nominate any of its Manager as Director of the company to avoid legal complications. In non compliance of CLRA act or any labour laws, case may be filed against Director of the company and the director may be required to attend court hearing. To avoid this, can any Manager be appointed as Director of the company and attend court hearing.
