We are trying to get Shops and Establishment License for Karanataka. We have 4 or 5 employees at our Bangalore office. Accordingly we applied for license to the labour office but they are saying that we have to take license also for those security guards who are posted at our client places
Is it true ? Can somebody explain / help undersign on this ?
As per my understanding Shops and Establishment License are applicable for those employees who are posted at that particular office.
