Dear Scenarios, Good Afternoon to All.
Am working in MNC ,We are the manufacturer unit in one of the SEZ in AP, due to loss of the company it was winding up from July 2017, we settled all the floor level employees with full and final settlement. Here am looking your support to prepare the offering letters to our employees for rejoining.
From July 2017 on wards company hold 6 members ( 3 security and 1 housekeeping and 2 admin), now company said to paying the salaries to them is burden and expensive too without having work, so settle them all 6 members again take as new joining without PF and ESIC.
Out of 6 members, 2 admin people have chance to stay only one out of two until company sale and one person will leave after 6months.
So now my problem is how to prepare the rejoining offer letter to them as HR with revised salaries and no PF and ESIC. Please any one can help me regarding this.
