I have been advised by a consultancy Agent to Maintain Form T - Manual Book to register document all components of payslips month on month manually.
Now, we are a company of 440 employees and it is not practical to do so; therefore, I seek advise from my HR Groups to address my query.
1. Maintain Register – FORM – T Wage Slip/Leave Card [sub-rule (6) of Rule 11] – Is it mandatory to maintain the Form T for all employees thou we are providing them with Automated Payslip all the details as prescribed in Form T.
This is for State of Tamil Nadu.
