Do you mean "Compliance"? Hosiery (Garments) is a manufacturing process, thus in the Industrial Establishment category. The "Occupier" and/or the Factory Manager, so designated and notified, are responsible for following key compliance, inter alia:
1. Factories Act;
2. Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act;
3. Payment of Wages Act;
4. PF & Misc Provisions Act;
5. ID Act (Grievance Redressal Committee);
6. Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (P, P & R) Act 2013 & the Rules (Constitution of Internal Committee, Display of Establishment's PoSH Policy, Discharging Duties of Employer under Section-19, Filing Annual Report under Sections-21 & 22 etc.);
7. Gratuity Act;
8. Maternity Act;
9. Payment of Bonus Act;
10. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
